Deanna Robertson: Bio for website
Deanna Robertson is excited to be a Realtor in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. She understands buying and selling real estate can be an adventure. Through her exceptional 360o perspective of all sides of a real estate sale, Deanna can expertly guide people through their real estate journey more easily from the beginning to the JOY of successfully reaching their real estate goals.
This 360o perspective comes from Deanna’s experiences as a Realtor and former title closer as well as from buying and selling personal property. As a Florida and North Carolina Realtor, Deanna is proficient in the process of pricing, negotiations, and the steps leading to closing on property. As a former title closer working with lenders and lawyers Deanna understands what they require to successfully close a real estate transaction. Having bought and sold personal property and moving in the last few years, Deanna appreciates the apprehension and anticipation people often feel when embarking on their real estate journey. “I can guide you through your real estate transactions more easily because of my experience from all sides of the sales process.”
Deanna lives in Murphy with her husband Danny, a retired firefighter. They are proud their son Kyle is also a firefighter, continuing his family’s tradition of service and helping others. Coming from a small town in Florida (more cows than people), they were looking for a smaller town and longing for the mountains and a change of seasons. Danny is an avid deer and turkey hunter, while Deanna enjoys crafts, hiking, paddleboard, and travel. After searching for over one year, they found their dream home in Murphy, NC. “Murphy is perfect for us, we’re home to stay!”
Deanna welcomes the opportunity to use her experience and varied perspective to guide people through their successfully real estate adventure, wherever they are in their journey. “I’m here to help, guide and travel this path with you every step of the way.”
“LET THE ADVENTURE BEGIN!”
